RAGI ROTI
Ragi - finger millet which is known to be rich in nutrients.
Ragi roti crisp and soft texture combined with taste of drumstick leaves & onion makes it one of the healthier breakfast in traditional style.
It's preparation is also very very simple.

- 1 cup Ragi flour 250 grams
- 1/4 cup small onions (peeled and chopped)
- 1 green chilli (chopped)
- 1 handfull Drumstick leaves (chopped)
- Oil / ghee
- Salt and water as needed..
Instructions
- Add Ragi flour,onions,chillies, drumstick leaves,salt, to a mixing bowl.
- Add water as needed and make a soft dough that is spreadable.
- Make 4 equal sized balls,place one ball of dough on the pan.
- Grease your fingers or dip your fingers in a bowl of water.
- Spread the dough gently to a thin roti on greased tawa.
- Place it on stove and cook until you see the color of roti changes to a darker shades.
- Pour some ghee or sesame oil on it.
- Then flip the roti and fry on other side too until done.
- Now yummy RAGI ROTI is ready to serve it goes well with Peanut chutney...
